thanks though.. i am very casual with everyone (men and women) in my old team and talk a lot about family, kids, etc.. many of them talk lot of personal stuff with me and I do too.. we all meet outside of office with families too.. i will be cautious from now onwards… don’t want to hurt anyone.. 

You are not getting me. I am still in touch with my first manager. He used to torture me in work. Still I don’t like him for that reason but uncomfortable ga em anipinchadu. I call him if I need anything. There is a thin line. Casual ga conversation lead cheyadaniki matladatam veru. Some people makes us feel uncomfortable naturally. They might have some personal issues Emo. I really donno.
