Bro, I do not know how it does in USA, but there are plenty of Bongladesi beggars in the UK, they managed to build-up a supply chain all from B'desh to London. Mostly frozen but sometimes they bring fresh fish called as Hilsa, which is the adapted name for Pulasa from Godzillas.

But wait, Hilsa is not as great as Pulasa of Godzillas, but reasonabbly okay.

generally i go to chinese or korean stores for live fish…

sometimes…mexican stores as well…generally they import from florida…
