rule book prakaram it should go to most backlogged category but uscis is not doing that from what I understand. Konchem Row, eb3 and China ki kuda veltundi anukunta.

Yes bro. 45K to 5OK Spillover vasthundii FY 2023. Leftover from FY 2022 10K to 15K antunnaru so adhi 30K to 35K vesukovali next batch ki. I am expecting 3-5 month movement in EB2 and decent movement in EB3 like 2 years if they are done with downgrade mess up. Otherwise EB3 will be gone forever.

Yeah Carlie said like that. But seems they are working in different ways. 

2 scenarios here : 50K Spillover leftover 10K anukundham 

1st : some saying each category will take 28% cut then 

eb1 28 % = 11200

Eb2 28% =11200

Eb3 28 %  = 11200

in this case EB1 is current so it will falls into EB2 then EB2 end up with 22,400 and Eb3 end up with 11200. This is for early movement like Oct to Jan. 

horizontal spillover will be depend on ROW demand that will cone into picture in Q3.

 

2nd : Min 50K SO 

As per Charlie all willgo to most backlogged country then it wl be EB2I in the order since EB1 is current 

Then all SO will go to India EB2 only that means after leftover min 40K will go to EB2I. Can see decent move in Q1 to Q2 and later will be decides on ROW usage. 

 

No one knows which scenario they are using. Still mystery why EB3 was moving in 2021 and now Eb2 is going to get decent in 2022. If anyone knows that answer they can tell this one as well.

In best case scenario May to June 2015 will be good worst case Feb to March 2015 will be good in FY 2023 I mean FAD ki .

EB3 ki vasthe will they get any SO from FB numbers initially or purely depending on ROW EB3 demand ? No idea at all.

Best case , EB2 June or July 2015...Also ROW kooda low undi, wastage kooda minimum unte could be 60K SO. EB2 India ki vaste definitely could go to July 2015

I am seeing consulates numbers are not that great like pre pandemic. Thet are struggling for sure. I am expecting spillover in FY 2024 too like around 30 to 35K. 

I think 2015 folks should ready for this Rollercoaster for next 2 years. Sad reality but can't escape.

Yes, 2015 guys/gals ki it could be touch and go. Lot of factors need to be in favor for dates to move deep into 2015. Low expectations, low hopes.........

Ala cheppe andarni downgrade chepinchichi clog chesadu. Adi repair cheyyataniki 2 years pattindhi uscis a rochu lo 70K visa lu kuda gone forever. 

Imagine that 70K and without those interfile downgrade nonsense. We will be in 2016 for sure e FY ki in both categories. Lucky ga uscis vadu e year 280K chesadu lekunte still ekkada old batch edho oka bill meedha fight nafusthundedhi. We escaped luckily.

Folks just remember pre pandemic Era. 2010 ke dikku diwanam lekunda undedhi. We are so luck to get those numbers without changing any law. Some how sudden ga from 2015 folks are waking up and saying we are depressed. You were not in the game until 2022 March. Okkasari 4 year movement chusi hopes perigaayi. Asalu SO lekunte enni Lenka lu enni thaadu lu undevi kaadhu. Just prepare for low SO and ready for the ride. Antha kanna worry avvakandi. Many factors will decide your date that not in your hands. All I say just ready with proper birth certificate and hold on.

Good advice bro, trying to keep hopes and expectations low but human tendency to think too much about something which could have or should have already happened......

Yeah can understand bro. Seriously I was expecting 2012 to 2013 numbers in 2022 but 2014 out of mind bro aa time ki adhi kuda Dec 2014. Wow. No one expected that movement. So anything can happen with uscis but low expectations will give you menatl ✌️

Yeah bro. Still I say anyone I am the lucky one. Lekunte corona lo lives poyayai jobs poyayi business poyayi total ga konni families ne lekunda poyayi alantidhi naaku GC eppatlo raadhu le nundi greened in 3 months and multiple jobs and so much financial back up. Good thing never had covid until now. Anything possible in next moment la undhi life. Anduke ga suggesting and keeping every one with low expectations.
