Before July Bulletin uscis estimated for Indian applications

Total Eb3 Inventory (total aos i think) 32k.
GC available 12k
Used 10,232
Left 1768
Pending will be 20k in eb3 if they use everything

Total Eb2 Inventory (total aos i think) 56k
GC available 51k
Used 27k
Left 23k
Pending will be 5k in eb2 if they use everything

Based on this it is clear that eb2+eb3 aos = 88k
Available Visas 63k.
If they use everything then we will still have 5k(eb2)+20k(eb3)=25k total will remain aos.

NOTE 1: this video also says that 51k eb2 available could change based upon use of fall down provisions (not sure what it means)
NOTE 2: I think If eb2 downgrades are stuck in eb3 due to job changes. Eb2 can move.

Good to know. One thing is for sure. Not everybody filed thus far will get gc's before september. The left over ppl may have to stay on EAD for a while with little spillover from FB for FY2023.

these numbers give much more clarity on the pending inventory, so it's not as big as some folks in trackit are saying but not small as well. 

@csrcsr Whoever has already filed mostly will get by october, or even the next fiscal. And spillover, row demand will decide eb2 movement into 2015. Not looking good for 2015 i would say.
