JackSeal Posted August 18, 2022 Report Posted August 18, 2022 A 2-year-old child died after running onto a Charlotte-area highway and getting struck by an unknown vehicle that left the scene last week, officials said. The child ran into the eastbound lane on N.C. 73 at Fitzgerald Street in Cabarrus County around 11:03 p.m. on Friday, North Carolina State Highway Patrol said in a Facebook post on Monday.
