Workday has the best wlb. But pay cannot match faang. 
servicenow is good company. Wlb depends on org level. People who joined from 2012-2019 may be getting better tc than faang because of stock growth.

Depends on team and luck anta bayya mostly , therr are many companies outside MAang like Salesforce, service now, workday etc to name a few people made good money almost same as maang
