Costco Milk vs Walmart milk

We were big fan of Costco and did all the shopping there , currently in Arkansas there is no Costco and only sams clubs and Walmart.
I developed lactose intolerance for milk so we went to A2 milk from Costco

that didn’t help my issues , but since we move to Arkansas the A2 milk from Walmart are so good I never had any problem

has any one noticied this any reason why ?

previously we lived in Minnesota and North Carolina

Does it have to do with with where the milk is sourced from

I once visited doctor and she said milk is only a culture thing , if you are allergic to it simply have one calcium capsule per month or consume yoghurt etc, she said she never drinks milk

A2 milk also has Lactose.  It does not have A1 protein that’s all. You have to consume lactose free milk if you are lactose intolerant.

i am not sure if yogurt can be consumed on lactose intolerance. Your stomach may digest. Try and see. Try to stop complete milk related products. Calcium is in Sesame seeds and other things.
