Where does it say that they are exempt from country cap. Unless its stated otherwise, its a defacto rule.

I'm not sure how your response is relevant to my question.

But anyways since you asked, I have valid i140 and I have been on H1 for last 6 years. I have been married only for a year and half now. I'm starting my GC process this year end. Visa slots panchayathiiii inkaa na vallaa kadhuu....

Go for it bro. Easy peasy. Yeah you can get direct 10 year anukunta kada after 2 years. Best way and no need to wait for visa bulletin chit business and news like these.

Yeah. its very straight forward. Fill out bunch of forms and thats it. All forms combined oka 2000 dollars karchu ayithadhi antheee. 

I dont see myself working on multiple jobs ever. So its not a motivating factor at all. 

However, we plan to travel around the world in near future. My wife is very much annoyed with the complexity of visa slot and stamping issues. We already missed out on all family cruise trip since I dont have a visa stamp. 

So yeah hopefully, very soon I will call it a day with this h1 saga.
