So far interviews are focused on specific tech or projects..but big companies except leetcode and system design. Till now not required but looks like it we want to make 200s or 300s only way is grind leetcode, SD.. also for engineering manager or senior roles they expect coding & SD rounds? What is your suggestion if some one wants to crack big companies who never did leetcode or SD..also will these companies consider small companies candidates.. Quote

Yes sir, Engineering Manager role ki you do have same coding and design rounds. Difference is EM ki role ki additional behavioral type interviews untay . you can't escape coding interviews to make it to the Big Tech. Quote
