@Vaampire small company or medium size IC's can crack these big companies? So far interviews are focused on specific tech or projects..but big companies except leetcode and system design. Till now not required but looks like it we want to make 200s or 300s only way is grind leetcode, SD.. also for engineering manager or senior roles they expect coding & SD rounds? 

What is your suggestion if some one wants to crack big companies who never did leetcode or SD..also will these companies consider small companies candidates..

They consider all candidates. All u need is get in touch with recruiter.

unfortunately leetcode is the only way to crack interviews.

Yes sir, Engineering Manager role ki  you do have same coding and design rounds. Difference is EM ki role ki additional behavioral type interviews untay . 

you can't escape coding interviews to make it to the Big Tech.

Ok do they pay decent ? do you know any of your friends transitioned.. long time back I worked with a consultant, she is QA . recently she is TPM at Amazon.. Lately I am seeing avg QA, BA background they are switching to these program manager roles..

Little difficult to get 700k at L6 but not impossible. I would say the normal would be 610 to 650k.
