Its not about price bro..if there is no weather advantage, no greenery, horrible commutes to go to office in bay area, not many Indian kids in schools, no nearby Indian restaurants…what is the advantage…u cant say “my community is mostly Indians”. Thats not good enough

I don't live in those areas bro many friends are there all of them are happy because most of them are only going once in 15 days full.money

The problem with folsom is weekly once aina kastam avutadi bro , in peak summer it gets hotter than these areas but folsom is much more matured city

For ex: oakland, as far as I knew, piedmont is good place.

Antioch, avoid downtown 

same like Manteca- avoid north Manteca. 

Charter schools no idea. Elementary ,middle and high schools rating are above 7
