Rendu levu anedi tappu , we all have good and bad fats, the reason doc ask to increase hdl is to sheath against cardiac arrest when ur heart muscles loose rythm and hdl acts as sheath. Heart attack is diff though

my only advice for db uuth is to fast atleast if not one day/couple of days in week to give ur body to recoup

Polomani roju avoc thinadam is going to hurt in long run. Anything in moderation is good, if u have genetic blood related issues be careful u dont want lot of fat in blood which thickens. Even so called mexicans don’t everyday

Idi wrong assumption nadustundi db uuth lo oil is fat and avoid in dosas(gu tho navostadi ilanti knowledge ki , starch carbs in dosa are more dangerous than oil fat)  but endo fat tinte fat aytaru ane wrong assumption lo brathukutunnaru

Guys, please spend some time in researching on how food affects ur body(we are taught wrong or where u picked ur cents from) and what to eat. Please reach out to seek prof help or at the least i can help.
