Nonfarm payrolls increased by 517,000 for January, above the Dow Jones estimate of 187,000. The unemployment rate fell to 3.4% vs. the estimate for 3.6%. That is the lowest jobless level since May 1969.

Boss’s boss sent me a slack message asking if I had a moment to hop on a call, I said sure. Hopped on and she gave me the news. Poor lady, she looked like she was trying not to cry

Getting laid off is bad.

giving the news to the effected person as the manager is the worst. Controlling emotions and most employees think its all managers part 🥲🥲🥲
