Oke le anna ilantivi chala choosam..big Corps ee recession vanka cheppi chala mandi long timer like 15 to 20 yrs same company lo work chesetollani lepesaru malla oka 7 or 8 month kagane hiring chestaru..profit e profit...2008/09 time lo kooda same model economy peru cheppi 5 to 10% salary cut chesina evvadu normally medapadu time ante..malli they won't even make  that salary back to normal..1 yr back employee time ippudu employer time..just roles reverse ..malla mana time vastadi.

Mostly worldwide and major chunk would be sales and marketing, they have enterprise and government functions as well(implementation and professional services for setup)
