Yeah I am not blaming all or andarini same bucket lo pettatam ledu, but I general attitude towards getting a job Chala different unnai compared to NYC tri state area,Bay area vs other cities like Dallas. Trust me reputed companies unna NYC/CA and some in Seattle and Boston lo undae quality of jobs US lo vere ee city lo not even close. Dallas lo Nenu observe chesindi everyone is contracting( we all know how people get those jobs), ekkuva contracting jobs based aytae people are not motivated on career and other soft skills that are required to grow, so ala Enni years ayna Ade vendor, resume billing rate talks ae untunnai aa area lo. I think this is one major problem as well.

Bay area has got lot of places to visit as a family and friends to spend time. It is a IT hub which is lead by tech companies .
dallas only has option to work in 2nd and 3rd tier IT jobs. They are not as pressured as in bay area. The only option they had in the evenings and over the weekend is meeting in groups and discussing/participating in political topics which will lead to caste

Lol. Half of people in Dallas can only dream to make as much to live in tristate. Galeez Antae roads kadu manushulu, akkada teir 2 tier 3 jobs antha. I work for a bank in front office trading I know how valuable Dallas teams are for some in NYC. For sure Jobs chesae vallu Dallas tho polistae Chala well qualified ikkada.

Btw I understand you are referring to Jersey City area Journal square etc, Dallas has worse neighborhoods but they don't get attention because no one lives in the city.
