agree, inka kalisi ela untadu, intha rachha chesaka, girl side should have thought about not taking it to streets, media and cops.. only one solution agree for some amount and divorce only option.

he's seeking div in states, girl opinion doesnt matter, even if she says no for a div, still the husband can get divorced, its a process, he/d have had registered in the us, hence went for it, if he wins the div case, its applicable anywhere. She can fight but only for a certain time.

Very simple… if you want to get out of it, you want to get it over asap… if you don’t want to get out of it or you want to take revenge, you just drag it out by dragging the family out… 

as a 3rd person, we think that it is better for both parties to settle it out as they are not going to stay together anymore..

revenge drama - ego satisfaction - this will only make the situation/case worst, leading to no light at the end of the tunnel.. very slim to none chances that they both will patch up.

the girl and her parents didnt sound they wanted a divorce, she was saying that the guy should come india and give her an explanation of why he's after a divorce. She was trying to prove heself as an innocent (could b true), but we didnt hear the other side version either.

She wanted to get in to her in laws house and stay in as a legal DIL,  means she wanted to be with him. ?

She tried to resolve the issue, in an unwelcoming manner (media, streets, cops) - She did dig her own grave - imo

Police - people who watch or dont watch wont make any diff, and no one can do nothing about it. 

From boys side - Big NO to media, cops, streets - and Cops - said we can't do much, and suggested to talk and resolve which clearly doesn't look like its gonna happen.
