fed not going to cut rates this year atleast first half ani announced so i doubt if rates will come down at all this year. Even i am looking to buy but with these rates... :(

Lot of medhavulu will advise buy now and refinance later .. commit only if you can live with current rates ..future rates are purely a guess..mortgage  rates were never under 3% till that late 2019 time ..

Lot of things change in economy that makes new normals stick for decades....

Avoid anyone who says refinance later....

true inkoka 5 years daka rates cut anedi forget. Buy only if you can afford the current rates … mortgage 5% 6% was commonly normal until 2017 time…
