Some times yes, but since this case is transferred from one center to another (NBC) May be they don’t have  medicals updated as they might have missed those forms.

once of my friend had much more complicated issue but they resolved with one call to USCIS. We should be prepared with documents also if they ask again. He can got to doctor and request for same medical records for latest and show USCIS letter, they will provide. 
i said $200 if Doctor is gujji we can’t do anything.

I think it’s been 1-2 yrs Medicals are valid for 2yrs. Check with your doctor aswell

• The civil surgeon’s signature is dated no more than 60 days before the applicant filed Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status;
• No more than four years have passed since the date of the civil surgeon’s signature; and
• A decision on the applicant’s Form I-485 is issued on or before Sept. 30, 2021.
