If you like a house and cost is higher by 5-6% more than what you are already for, just go ahead and buy. In the long run that amount won’t matter as you will be actually enjoying the house. In one job change you can make that up. I’ve missed homes like that for 20-30k difference a few years back and regret so much. Good homes are always borderline higher than our max budget. We just have to take the leap of faith.

if difference is higher like 10% plus then reevaluate ur expectations with your earnings now and earning potential in the near future, and where market can head

thaatha, august ki lets say there is a crash — which means no job guarantee —who would take risk then? Whoever is shopping they dont think there will be one and planning to buy —-

news/ media will make us more confused.

supply matters too dude. lot of people moving to texas and there is just not enough inventory. people just muskoni cheppina price ki konesthunnaru.  lots of people backing out but there are enough who are willing to spend
