everything happens for a reason. trust fate. this is not a time to buy 600k house with 6% APR. try to buy town home.

Inventory Homes are selling fast in DFW communities with good schools. So, builders are not willing to negotiate. People are still moving to DFW from other states. Demand increased again from past few weeks.

Bro.. its high time you get your sh*t together. Already chala late chesaav. Inka late ayitey illu anni ayipotaayi mainly in DFW. Ayina 35 still renting antey too much bro. Please look at the other rats while ur in the rate race and run accordingly

In this market also there are some good deals and negotiations going on … big public builders are offering go start looking around houses when you start conversations just give them slight indication that you like the lot or plan and it fits your needs perfectly

2. before walking out of office ask what is the asking price and how are the interest on those lots

3. walk away with leaving all the contact details, after 8 hours or a day they will definitely text you asking did you think about it

4 you say that it’s slightly over stretch for what your looking for but you like the lot they will ask to put a offer first and then they can check with management if they can consider from there I would say quote 7-10% lower than base price and asking them to cover closing cost…

all above worked for my until Jan 1st week but from Jan 3rd week things started to change as mortgage rates have come down when my friend did same trick it did work on jan1 st week, I was the one who suggested him to do this but at the same time when I asked to price match him they said lots were selling lot faster in Jan 3rd week sorry builder is not taking any offers this is the price take it or leave it

Usually they have month end and quarter end targets. Hi few days before and show interest and say we will decide in a week or so...

August kanna October ki better ani my feeling. Summer gola aipoyi schools open cheste sagam mandi prefer not to move. 1st time buyers, young families will the main pool that is willing to buy cutting the competetion to a certain extent.
