This explains it better , gst is more skewed towards manufacturing states or states with company headquarters. Telangana has very little manufacturing industry 

Obviously KTR is lying by saying Telangana is sole performer of india , it's a small part in overall picture.

bro GST is introduced to do justice to consumer states than manufacturing states. GST concept itself is to pay tax to states where consumer consumed goods or service. ee lekkana TG should have its fair share of GST revenue based on consumption. In reality, people are not even paying the share by floating fake entries and other costs in all layers. Govt is not getting what they are supposed to get

I mean GST hasn't really helped consumer states that much , but KTR is talking as if Telangana is feeding the country while Telanganas contribution looks miniscule before maharastra , Karnataka

What's the use of power if everything is directed to Hyderabad ?  Current Andhra didn't even have one good University after andhra univ. Shameful achivement of 50 years 

Division is the best thing that happened to andhra , infact further division would make it even better for their respective regions involved. We will get more IIT , IIM ,NIT , etc

What KTR was aking about was devolution that south states are getting, GST collections are impacted by the population and the have added advantage if they are manufacturing states. For every Rs 100 that south states pay we hardly get rs40  /- back and at the same time north states get 2x their contribution, to top off that north leaders come here and tell we givers and you guys are takers. All south combined would get less share than 1 UP state alone
