After watching bunch of realtors, I’m telling this. You have to do your own research. Independent home inspection and independent appraisal sesuko for your peace of mind. 

You are wrong or you never had to find one like that. The realtor I have always worked in our best interest. Last lo nenu kone illu FSBO aithe he did market analysis and proposed a number what I should present to the seller and voluntarily said you should go buy that place. It meant that he lost almost $15k in commissions and he did not even hesitate to say that. I knew him for 4 years and referred so many people.
