DB prajalu nammatam ledu when i said that builders are increasing prices.

3-4 builders said that they cannot build anymore for the month and some are selling only south inventory.

oka 6 months ucha appukondi, market is correcting itself and settle down which will be less than today

used homes will come with best deals

I concur you. similar experience from last week. but 50K Increase is hard to believe..
