Ask a healthy woman to donate an egg. Use your cousin sperm. Once the zygote is formed then try to intravenously place this into your cousins wife’s uterus. 
 

She will still be a mother in a way. Since she is a doctor she may understand the rationale of it. 
 

He is a father. The kid will have his genes by all means.
 

And no genetic issues to be worried about. These people can still stay married. no need to divorce.

there is no such capability. 99% of the tests done to continue the fraud with billing insurance, they themselves say it clearly that these test dont prove anything ani.
