except for car rallies (which happen in other metros as well) and that too once or twice a year, we all keep things to ourselves.. only desis visit our restaurants in Dallas area.. not Americans..

Not really.. I think desis are concentrated in only two areas - Irving (Gandhi park area) and North Dallas (Frisco/Plano/ prosper/ McKinney)

just bcoz more ppl migrated here in a very short time frame, it is more in discussions.. it is not different from Bay Area or Atlanta in terms of desi culture or the stupid stuff we do..

true. But Atlanta or Bay Area cities lo open carry option ledhu ga. Only Texas lo unde cities guns and massive right wing cult features unnayi unfortunately. One has that playing with a fire kind of situation.

True. But Texas lo gun control chesthe konchem mass shooting control avvacchu. Lekapothe open carry option availability unna far right republicans gallathooo risk anedhiii definitely konchem ekkuva in all deep red states. Not just Texas. Ofcourse Texas is biggest red state in whole country.

All governments are considering to remove restrictions on Open carry….so ppl can protect themselves in this situation anedi valla logic.

Manaki ee gun culture tho sambandam ledu kabatti …Guns ani ban cheste easy solution laga anpistundi, but the issue is more complex and Big penta created by themselves.

 

Similar but not so Penta is our Caste system….American easy just ban all castes anentha easy mana issue solve avvadu, though it is not as stupid and dangerous as Gun culture.
