the recession if we get now is far far different from what 2008 happened..you need to get some basics straight first. Try to read on macroeconomics when you have time

actually this time is very different from 2008, as fed has done almost a decade of quantitative easing, and most of the largest market cap companies are doing financial engineering for their stock prices, consumer spending seems to not slowing down at all atleast at the rate the fed wants, their is lot of parallel economy i think which complicates analyzing the market this time relative to 2008, i think the market will be fine we will have no recesion at-least in housing(please do read the home ownership and home ageing patern changes when you get some time). Also, at the same time their will lot of white collar correction(aka.. IT jobs inculded) though which doesn't mean much this time(my opinion i am not sure here as there are lot of un-knowns). And finally this whole decade is going to be expensive for the reason being reshoring/friend-shoring of industries and manufacturing activity from china, which will make things expensive if not keeping them at the same price, also here as for the reason being governments will have heavy hand through policy/regulation or sometime direct monetery investments the free fall as in 2008 is hard to comprehend. Again it's my opinion and even then i am myself don't know with certainity(adi teliste ikada enduku rasta😜).

I hope this recession will be bad as 2008 to bring everything back to atleast pre covid levels but not possible as banks are very strict in giving home loans compared to 2008. Also this will be a fed induced recession if there is any. Fed will start cutting interest rates as soon as it sees some job losses. This is the reason no one is listening. The only thing that can happen to get a 2008 similar recession is debt default which I doubt will happen.

I think fed is one of the main culprit. If Any recession everyone believes fed will start cutting interest rates and start printing money
