Aa interest rates endhi

Evadu thaggatledhu

People doing multiple jobs

People buying multiple homes

Unfortunately we need major recession to get things back to pre covid level.

Already interest rates pause anta. No recession not even mild one. More inflation. More people buying homes. Plenty of job opportunities in IT too.

Thanks sleeepy joe for screwing everyone

Yeah ! Interest rates were 13-15% in the 90s and pre 2008 recession so 6-7% is nothing much

I am not sure how people are taking so much risk by buying multiple homes which are inflated in price and at this higher interest rates.
