Every Village / District having their own culture in india irrespective of state 

Nizamabad , Karimnagar and Warangal though beside inly you will see difference in slang, celebration of festivals and culturals too 

Ng/ MB/ RR having different cultures from above district 

HYD having its own 

Just like Godavari districts culture is differ from Krishna / Guntur and these differ meere from Vizag 

so every place is known for unique culture, The best part is they are celebrating with 100 yrs without any disruptions 

Now why don’t you go and settle China ra ……
