Already met earlier. into real estate , software(consulting) and some mall in illinois. dont remember the name

but not that league yet...I am still pilla baccha...they are all 10's millions of dollars..so is the risk. I cant on H1b that much amount

yes but good vacation rentals spike too much during season..which is not case with long term...so its a trade off
