India lo luxury batch kaadu .. 

They are almost 36-38. Both working. Ante almost 300-400K easily per family. Must have bought homes long back with low interest rates. Side business kuda unnayi emo (Interior decoration skills are good).

And no kids till recently. So probably spending all money like this.
