• For mediocre people OR for people who are initial stages of career to get a break, these companies are good opporutunities., its good oppotunity to get some experience and then they can join high paying jobs, nobody is stopping them.
• Infosys okate kaadu anni chotla salaries taggipoyayi..When I came to US in 2007 I used to get 90K..ippudu enni companies istunnayi 90K ..naaku ye company 90K ichedo ippudu ade company inka 90K ne istondi even after 15 years ..inflation emo 100% perigindi..
• No need to keep crying on people..be glad that Murthys or Ajeem Premji or Tatas or Nadars ventured into IT and changed the course of Indian job market, Indian economy and gave almost every tom dick and harry opportunity to come to US. Ippudu vachina pilla bachalaki struggle teleedu..they would know the pain of getting into IT..

infy is famous for poor salaries ....okappudu brand value vundeedi so salary takkuva ayina adjust ayyevallu...

Now infy ki brand value kuda padipoyindi its not like how it used to have respect during 90s..    now people are going after banks,FAANG companies and what not...

Indian IT companies(TCS, Infy,WIPRO, HCL...) unless they are product based its difficult to survive in long run as they cannot attract best talent
