we identified this is the issue @9:00 ...thearized its the issue and reported...but one senior manager (ED level not technical) said not convincing...and ask us to wait until 12:00 to prove it...

my job is not prod support….i am responsible for that product…from requirements to dev and  release…for the prod support there are seperate teams are there…they dont know much…all they do is ping us again
