I know how they cheat ppl, still got cheated. they say the cD rate is a special rate and will renew at old rate which is 0.05. Naaku telsi you can withdraw from any CU. They might charge you $3 for every withdrawl but upto 6 transactions are free with in network. You can check with the website of these CU's.
