Nenu NRI Home Loan apply cheddam anukuntana (amount 25-40 Lakhs, property value - 60 lakhs).

 

Last few days nuchi pichi ekkuntundi, Prathi oka agent gaadu loan pakka vastadi antadu kaani interest rate sariga cheppadu. Banking site lo asalu information ledhu.

nenu oka 6 months kindha axis bank lo tiskunna..

 

naku axis bank lo ne NRI account undhi from almost 2.5 yrs.

 

processing time 10-15 days.. interest rate 10%

I took from lic in 2007, there is no early payment penalty, if you are a nri. But I guess there no penalty for local residents too nowadays
