Here is the complete check list for NRI Loan:

1. Completed Loan application.
2. Three Passport size photographs including those affixed in the loan application.
3. ** Copy of Passport including page containing visa stamping.(TO BE NOTORISED)

1. ** Copy of valid work permit.(TO BE NOTORISED)

1. ** Copy of employment contract/offer letter  .(TO BE NOTORISED)

1. ** Latest salary slips for 3 months notarized. .(TO BE NOTORISED)

1. **Latest Credit Report of individuals.(TO BE NOTORISED)

1. ** Copy of Identity Card issued by the employer. .(TO BE NOTORISED)

1. ** Proof of Residence (driving license/utility bills etc.) .(TO BE NOTORISED)

1. ** Statement of overseas bank account for the last six months which reflect credit of salary, savings etc. and 6 months statement of NRE/NRO A/c in India.(TO BE NOTORISED)
2. **Power of Attorney, if applicable, in Bank’s standard format duly stamped and notorized the applicant should sign on both pages of GPA. .(TO BE NOTORISED)
3. Copy of latest W2 and income tax returns for the last two years.
4. Assets & Liabilities statement

14.      ECS Forms 3 copies Print and Pls Signature Customer Pls your Signature only   don’t fill up ECS Form only you’re Signature (This is for EMI-auto debit from your NRE/NRO saving accounts).
