I took from lic in 2007, there is no early payment penalty, if you are a nri. But I guess there no penalty for local residents too nowadays

Notarization ki u don't Need to go embassy
Go to lawyer .. Per hr will charge certain amount
Or per page attestation he will charge 20 pounds (this is better) .. Motham 120 pounds approx

3. Copy of latest W2 and income tax returns for the last two years.

14.      ECS Forms 3 copies Print and Pls Signature Customer Pls your Signature only   don’t fill up ECS Form only you’re Signature (This is for EMI-auto debit from your NRE/NRO saving accounts).

--> Loan Processing fee untadi but depends on bank. You can check with bank.

 

--> Insurance tesukomantaru but you can decline it.

 

--> People usual ga 15 or 20 years loan tenture tesukontaru to set lower EMI but mostly <10 yrs lo payoff chestaru.

Nenu pampinchina checklist is from SBI. All are mandatory. Credit history "freecreditreport" nundi tesuko, he will give full details. Score low unna no problem.You can always show asserts in India. Documents anni pakkaga ready chesuko (especially when you are abroad) otherwise loan process delay avthadi.
