Oats are magic. Explore how to make them Indian style 

nuts,peanuts or peanut butter, apple, avocado and all kinds of berries 

Also, stop eating rice or limit to one small meal for a day and substitute with whole grain foods

This is how I eat oats

boil oats with water and after they’re cooked, add some milk and cook on low flame for 5 mins. Add banana, apple, strawberry,blueberry and some honey or maple syrup. Enjoy!

My cholesterol reduced from 201 to 186.

hdl increased 33 to 36

ldl decreased 117 to 107

i eat steel cut oats every week mon to Friday from last 18 months.

Overnight soak chesi, morning instant pot lo cook chesta. Include organic pasteurized walnuts,almond slices and flax seed powder . After cooking lite ga cranberries add chesta.
