inka andaru anattu deep fried curries kuda better to limit or avoid..

rice avoid cheyyakarleedu and not feasible also to practice in long term..

ayina rice ki triglycerides enti sanbandam asalu ?

rice and wheat are staple foods for generations and proven ...

try to fit eating in 12hr window...

finally relax and dont feel stress...  practice walking and do yoga ..

i eat steel cut oats every week mon to Friday from last 18 months.

Overnight soak chesi, morning instant pot lo cook chesta. Include organic pasteurized walnuts,almond slices and flax seed powder . After cooking lite ga cranberries add chesta.

Eating oatmeal everyday will f**k up ur gut . I m personally big fan of steel cut oatmeal, can eat everyday for rest of my life. but in long run u will end up with mineral deficiency  and glyphosate (carcinogenic). Soaking overnight can reduce the effects

Removing sugar and refined carbs from ur diet is the magic pill

No fried food at all bro

do intermittent fasting( this is game changer for me)

cut down on alcohol thats when you eat lot of junk

exercise daily

have a sustainable long term plan

evarian na laga 10gi tini kovvu periginollu unte useful avuddi emo ani chebutuna

breakfast - daily morning overnight oats or egg whites

lunch - subway or just salad

evening  - fruits

no tea or coffee - only green tea

night - chapathi or less ric emore curry rice (before 6-7pm)

gym 1 hour 6 days a week

no medicines no tayathhu
