Apple or Samsung

Using Apple phone from last 9 years. Don’t see much design changes or features. Saw Samsung s24 ultra with ai feature. It’s looking good but got doubt why most of the people only use apple phone even Samsung providing better features? I feel face unlock is good in Apple but I don’t see any other better features in Apple. Why mostly in US use Apple only

Small things like apple fonts and I can’t stand samsung fonts in comparison to apple, integrations with Apple services like iMessage, iCloud, passwords and other hardware like apple TV, macos etc. lastly I trust Apple than Samsung with my data

samsung has a broken ecosystem, if you own a samsung phone and then also own a PC or Mac you can get by but not as seamless as an iphone with a mac or a PC.

i also feel google services work better on iphone than on android, especially the smoothness 

I like android notifications but rest all are second in comparison to an iphone

i switched from apple to samsung 4 years back. i can't live anymore without samsung. first and foremost camera. wow. photos videos teesi cloud sync to laptop, tv  automatically via NAS.  s pen vochaka life ink easy ayipoyindi. S23 nundi inka awesome chesadu with AI.  i can't go back to apple.

Bro face unlock Samsung lo anthaga work avvadu. Night time without light face unlock work avvakapoyedi. S20 note ultra oka 10 days use chesa then everytime password type cheyyalemu ani India lo brother ki ichina

my iPhone XS is from Nov’18 and is just as brand new. I don’t think Samsung would last this long while being flawless

Apple has brick and mortar stores to deal with phone problem. Customer loyalty is highly valued.
