problem with laptop

Hi frendz, i got a problem with my laptop since morning. When I am starting the system, the screen displays think note program and am  unable to access my system. Even when I am restarting, the same problem is repeating. Its telling me to purchase the full version of think note. Please guide me how i can get rid of this problem. Thanks in advance.

i am not sure but this may work.....system ni safe mode lo start cheyi baa....tarvatha aaa program ni uninstall chey(if possible)

1way---- restore to earlier good configuration...( preferred)
2 way---- enter into safe mode and try to completely uninstall and remove the program from system
3 way--- format of OS, fresh install
