When I joined gym on feb 15th i was weighing 94 kilo... now i m 80 kilo... i got reduced weight with diet & gym.... I want to reduce my belly fat and hip sides... I m doing crunches but not reducing that much.... [b]can u suggest me something here ?[/b] thanks... my food goes like this... breakfast : 3 raw eggs -- directly break & drink , 50-70 gms Khaju, 50-70 gms badam, egg sandwich lunch : fruit salad dinner : 1 phukla & curry (with above diet I m reducing weight, but I m unable to increase my muscle strength )...
