reality lo ee break concept anedhi real ga work avvudha avvaho naku teliyadhu.........

nenu paina cheppina situation ni analyze chesi chudu neeke ardham avuthundhi.......ur serving a notice period and ur joining the enw employer later....aa madhya lo ur not working........so h1b lo idhi possible oo kadhu naku teliyadhu

 

 

ivvani tensions odhu anukunte..either ur new emp start dtae must eb sep 27

or old emp end  date must be oct 5th

asal break anedhi marchipo...imagine ur joining or alreday have joined the employer .......nuvvu ikkada normal citizen or gc perspective nunchi alochisthunnavu vallaki status issue undadhu so they can join anytime..manaki h1b status isuse kav=bbati...off the record nuvvu join ayipoyi break teesuko kaani ila reciept oka date joining oka date notice oka date unte defintely backlog untadhi repu vere immi related vatiki documentation daggara bokka padochu..adhi nenu cheppedhi...if possible avvo lanti site lo paid consulation teesuko...

vaadu regular lo apply chesadu mayya.. approve ayye daaka ante 2-3  months pattudhi... direct client ke kabatti approve aipodhi ani jumping..

 

ma vodiki last day OCT 6th ani cheptha.. client daggara Sep 27th maanestha.. apudu ela untadhi antaaru ?

if his prev emp revokes and if he is still is not working for current employer(didnt join until 6th) how will he be in status?

 

hmm status lo unnappudu h1 transfer pettadu and decision is pending, pending decision antey he will be in status.. attorney aithey correct ga answer isthaadu but let me tell you a scenario. nuvvu ft oka company chesthunnavu as per their policy every month 1 day you will earn paid vacation but vachina ventaney neeku edho pani undi oka 2 weeks selavu theesukovalasi vachindhi.. so obviously adhi unpaid vacation ey theesukovalsi vasthundhi that doesnt mean u will be out of status just because u r not paid for those two weeks.. you yes see eye yes vaadi book prakakram as long as you maintain the employee employer relation you are maintianing h1 status no matter you are paid or not

assuming that ur new employer has already sent the petition to uscis..this is the best case scenario.....provided u sort out the last date of client vs emp with ur old employer

nuvvu cheppina prathi point correct ee...kaani in his post he mentioned the joining date as oct 6th....

 

will this be void if he receives the recipet earlier....?i dont think so technically he shud work or he will be joining the company on oct 6th even if his h1b is approved before(ee case lo just reciept vachindhi but approve ayina he cannot join until 6th) am i right?
