nuvvu cheppina prathi point correct ee...kaani in his post he mentioned the joining date as oct 6th....

 

will this be void if he receives the recipet earlier....?i dont think so technically he shud work or he will be joining the company on oct 6th even if his h1b is approved before(ee case lo just reciept vachindhi but approve ayina he cannot join until 6th) am i right?

 

hmm ya join ayyedhi consultancy aithey offer letter lo already edho oka date vesesi untaadu earlier date also approval date kuda oct 6th ani raadhu it will be earlier date... so adhi issue kaakpovachu but as always better to contact employer attorney..

Joining date is different then H1B start date.

 

If your H1B start date is from Sep29 and  you are joining on 6th of october.. then you are good.

Right H1B start date H1B application USCIS ki pampinchetapudu I-129 lo rastharu anukunta or LCA lo kada... may be u r right..

exactly...faced same situation when i got FT.  

 

Naa H1b approved and start date from 6/13/**** and my last day with desi employer was 6/26/****.   My joining date on FT was 7/2/****

mee new employer dates mention chestadu... you will get that from employer or attorney.
