After hearing all the answers from Rama in his eternal voice, Vaali becomes purified and says that he can get many lives but he cannot get a death like this and it's his greatest fortune to die in the hands of a person like Rama and so chooses death.

1. Ramudu said kshatriyam dharmam animals ki vartinchadu, so he can kill vanaras( when rama left his arrow vaali saw it but the speed was too high that vaali can not escape from it)
