Title: Oracle CRM Administrator

Description:
Oversee CRM systems administration and support data management operations across the unit, with a focus on extracting, analyzing and transforming data into reports for sponsored programs. Responsible for the daily support of all CRM and other system admin functions, training team members on system usage, gathering and cleaning data, performing statistical analysis, creating internal and external facing reports and contributing to research and special projects. MUST have CRM and technical experience.

Required:

• Hands on Oracle CRM admin work experience
• Knowledge of marketing automation systems
• Excellent communication and team work skills
• Experience with SQL Server and Business Intelligence is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Lead administrator for enhancements to the software system
• Configure, train, maintain and support Oracle CRM system
• Experience with pulling reports and data manipulation.

Job Description

• Develop test cases to validate new functionality
• Work closely with business analysts and developers to ensure appropriate test coverage and identify gaps if any.
• Ensure functionality is tested against requirements, validate that the solution is fit for purpose and supports the full end-to-end client business process.
• Detailed manual testing of new functionality & regression of existing functionality. This includes Server & Client testing. Validation will be performed against the server & java logs, database, XML messages between the client & server as well as the front end applications.
• Use extensive SQL and build query for verify the reports.
• Basic UNIX commands to confirm that the data reported is as expected.
• Automate testing using Selenium, where possible.(nice to have)
• Perform comprehensive analysis of any error to assist in working out the root cause of the issue prior to recording in a defect tracking tool.
• Participate in a culture of "knowledge sharing" within the project team.
