Description
Should have 8+ years of Oracle experience on a mixture of 11i and R12 implementations
Must have worked in the Finance functional domain of Oracle Apps with either extensive experience on AR module in Release 12 and must understand the upstream and downstream process and module integrations with OM, PA, FS etc., or extensive experience on GL module including R12 functionality such as SLA and FAH
Should have experience in implementing AP, AR, PO, CE, FA, and EBTAX in a global environment.
TCA Functionality & EBTax (Expert), and exposure on FSP, BPA, SLA, FAH etc. preferred
Responsible for functional solution design, Application setups and testing
Should have experience implementing Oracle ERP to satisfy statutory requirements, as well as understanding business requirements and doing fit-gap analysis of these
Must interact well with all project team members, particularly GE functional counterparts, and demonstrate leadership skills to oversee AR or GL team activities across the globe

Responsibilities:

* Provide day-to-day support and technical development/ oversight of MS Dynamics CRM application services, including availability,performance, and incident management. 
* Provide architectural insight and maintain technology standards and bestpractices for implementation and operation / support of systems, servers, anddatabases. 
* Participate from inception to execution of new development projects andtranslate functional requirements into technical tasks. 
* Ensure that systems are healthy, monitored, automated, perform, and designedto scale.

* Ability to provide technical expertise in identifying issues that impactservice delivery, including troubleshooting server errors, logs, and serveractivities. 
* Experience in planning, implementing, and scheduling performance monitors,using both application monitoring tools and summarized data, to ensure SLAs aremet and key metrics are established. 
* Proven experience with data manipulation to produce reports that guidedecision-making. 
* Excellent experience with relational databases and data warehousingpractices.

Qualified candidates should have production support experience - windows administrators who can automate the deployments and troubleshoot and provide L2 support for the applications.

 

Position Responsibilities:
• Installing, configuring,  administering, tuning and troubleshooting large scale .NET web applications
• Ensure proper monitoring of all application components including  URLs, web servers, databases, web services, and processes. 
• Ensure proper escalation and notification for each project.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience installing, configuring, administering, tuning and troubleshooting complex .NET Web Applications on IIS 7.5 and IIS 8.0
• Extensive 24x7 level 2 support experience in troubleshooting production web applications and their components
• Extensive experience in identifying, monitoring, and interpretation of key performance indicators of large scale .NET web applications.
• Experience in implementing highly available .NET web applications
• Experience in monitoring and improving performance and capacity for .NET web applications.
• Working knowledge/concepts of large scale, multi-tier .NET web application including HTTP Traffic Load Balancing, Databases, Service Oriented Architecture/Web Services,              encryption/SSL, security and regulatory compliance data concerns
