Ezekiel bread (Flax/Chia) Toast (ull get it in Sprouts or Whole Foods, also lasts for more then a week) with Greekyogurt/Peanutbutter/Hummus.

 

Nature Path Organic Cereal (ull get in Costco 8$) with Bananas, blueberries (any other fruits)

 

Mixed Greens Juice(ull get it in costco) & Egg Whites
