u run only once a week ?

mon wed thu fri and some sundays , ran close to 900 miles from oct 2014 till date and rucked some 500+ miles with 80 pounds(40+20+20). I will be running atleast 2200 miles by 2017 from today.

run is just fine man, kani rucking is a bitchh when you do it with boots and weights but its a good work out, kani injuries urke avtay ruck cheste. try doing it 10 miles 14 minutes a mile pace.

I'm actually very lean man , antha intense workout I dont do .... Running/cardio also only 2-3 times a week adi kuda body fat% low lo unchukotaaniki so that i can maintain lean muscle.... 

 

yeah i dont want to injure myself ilaantivi chesi , last time last time ilaane deadlift chesey appudu koncham ekkuva weight petti over action chesthey muscle spasm ochindi lower back lo :giggle: .... 3weeks full torture

lifts cheyyali buddy, mass building ki lifting is a crucial thing. chest i started with 110 now am benching 200lbs. declined bench my max was 180lbs. squats am doing 250+ lbs. my current goal is doing double my weight. hopefully one day i will be there.

yeah lifts chesthaa bro... yeah ekkuva weight tho benching chesthey it'll help with the muscle definition , i bench about the same weight too

 

but as i said naaku heavy muscle mass untey istam undadu , muscle definition manchigaa undi lean body  untey i like it .... anduke i'm mixing heavy cardio because it burns away some muscle too , so that i dont puton too much muscle , that's what i want actually ....

 

earlier i used to workout 5days a week ippudu 3days ki tagicha daanni ( sometimes 4 ) ....
