walking ki time em ledu , its all day walking+ treadmill paina slow scale walking combined result ... its the data from my fitness tracker

 

treadmill paina jog + walk around 14-15KM ( abt 9miles ) untadi daanlo .... time about 1hr at a stretch i think ( tracker exact data chupiyatledu )

Morning:

 

Bread + Avacado + Honey

 

or

 

instant Oats with water.. no extra sugar added

 

Lunch:

 

Pulka + ekkuva curry (any vegetables)

ekkuva antey maree ekkuva oka bowl curry and 2 pulkas tho thinta

 

Evng Fruits

 

Night Fruits or Salad .. nenu ekkuva juice thagi padukunta.

 

Veeti tho patu daily oka 4 Lt water sure ga thagutha.. restroom ekkuva sarlu vellali but thappadu..

 

Tea coffee chaalaa thagginchaa.. 1 time per day

 

Alcohol , Chips & Soda completely stopped..

 

Daily morning oka 30 mins walking

 

Evng oka 1.30hr Tennis or gym veltha..

 

skin ki exercise kosam cold water tho shower ..

 

Celery ekkuva times teesukunta in a week.. indulo soluble non soluble fibers ekkuva untay which is very good.

 

Rice week ki 2 or 3 times teesukunta..

Weekend nee ishtam thaagu thinu nonveg kummeysey but Monday total fasting cheyagalanu antey weekend ne ishtam

 

weekend lopala veysina chettha antha monday fasting tho clean cheysthey manchidi...

i'm a big time biryani fan.. gave up eating since last 4 weeks :( 

 

Baita tinali antey Chipotle ne.. Black beans + DOuble chicken + Avacado + veggies  thats it..

bro, whats your opinion on Stonglifts routine?

working all muscle group in a day I am not a big fan macha..... rather I would go with single muscle group earch day and 1 day rest alternative days....
