Niku fastes indian recipe okati chepta..

 

 

You need to have Moong Dal (yellow split) + Rice+ few veggies (edunatey adi)+ curd

 

take one cup moong dal + half cup rice rendu kalipi baaga wash..

 

then in pressure cooker add 2.5 cups of water

 

add 1 tblspn oil

 

add 1 tblpsn ghee (neyyi)

 

add veggies ( green peas, potatoes beans cauliflower, tomatoes, onions green mirchi etc)

 

add salt mirchi power or sambhar power

 

close pressure cooker top

 

just make sure you reach only one whistle of pressure cooker and turn off the sttove.. pressure cooker dani mida ney unda nivvu..

 

cool ayyaka take out and garnish with kothmir katta..

 

Your Power food with protein+ Carbs+ Fat is ready

 

Curd one cup teskoni.. add water until it remains thick + add onions if you can + tomatoes + mirchi + kothmir. + cucumber if you can..

 

that's it your side dish is also ready..

 

Prep time is 20 minutes :)
