Nuvu married athie..nee spouse ki h1 unte...h4 ead oka option...

my wife is on H1 visa but only 6 months exp. i am not sure his employer will do GC for her. even if he agrees, i have to pay for all the expenses.

Good, you atleast have an option to come back after an year, if it really goes bad.. anyways, nuvue vere employer tho start chepincho ko..you may run out of time if audit padithe..aadhi mana chethulo elago ledhu..
It is always good have two filings for you and your spouse...you may want to check with her employer on that...
